Our Wellness Plans
The thyroid controls so many functions including metabolism, heart/muscle/digestive function, brain development, and bone maintenance. If you are having issues losing weight it could be thyroid related. Nutrition could be a contributor. We’ll discuss a plan that uses Nutrition to your advantage – not to your detriment.
Fitness is a process. Like nutrition, the key is consistency. Strength training is the anchor of it all. Cardio is great for heart health and general conditioning. We’ll provide exercise selection that fits your current lifestyle, blood work results, stress levels, and nutrition preferences.. all while keeping YOUR personal GOALS front and center.
Many factors in your personal life can affect how you succeed at a nutrition or fitness program. Most try to exercise more but don’t get the recovery in that they need. If your sleep suffers then you may have issues losing weight, lacking energy, lacking focus, and a worse mood. We’ll discuss sleep hygiene as well as other supportive recovery methods.
